Global has won yet another award, this time for "Best Stand for Interacting with Travel Agents" for the Maldives stand at the recent World Travel Market which was held at London's ExCeL from 8th-11th November 2010.
Global has been working with the Maldives for some time now and 2010 saw a fresh three year contract and the stand doubled in size.
According to the organiser's official press release, "The stand was praised for its layout including areas to drop by and pick up brochures as well as an upstairs breakout area for more serious meetings."
Global's MD commented, "Winning this award is testament to both the innovative work of our design team and the hard work of our factory and on-site production teams. Together we created a fantastic stand and I am delighted we have received this official recognition of our efforts."
The stand was further praised by the Maldives' Tourism Minister who sent his congratulations and expressed his gratitude.
World Travel Market returns to London's ExCeL between 7th and 10th November 2011. In the meantime the world's travel industry is focused on ITB in Berlin which runs from 9th to 13th March 2011.
