Enviromental Policy

Global Displays are environmentally conscious and realise that the nature of our industry can produce large amounts of waste material.  In an attempt to reduce our environmental impact, we have a policy of only using timber from replenishable resources.  We run a modern low emission diesel fleet of vehicles and all of our waste is disposed of professionally.

Global Displays, as part of our committment to the environment are about to install new woodwaste heaters. The heater takes most of the waste that would otherwise go to landfill and uses it to provide heat for our workshops. This not only reduces waste disposal but also means we use considerably less gas and oil with the obvious benefits this brings. The Carbon Trust supports the use of these as they reduce our carbon footprint and co2 emmissions.
