The management team show leadership and commitment and bear the responsibility for maintaining the quality management system, as well as ensuring sufficient resources are made available within Global Displays Ltd to achieve this. It is top management’s responsibly to ensure that all processes are in place to ensure quality is at the forefront of every project and that through communication, engagement, practical example and training that quality is the aim of all members of Global Displays Ltd.

Through direction and support, each employee has a proper understanding of the importance of the quality system function, their responsibility to contribute to its effectiveness, and its direct relevance to the success of Global Displays Ltd. Staff are also encouraged to make suggestions to improve all aspects of our working practices. Equally, every employee is responsible for, and is trained to, perform the duties required by his or her specific role.
